Magnesium citrate is an organic form of magnesium where the magnesium is bonded with citric acid. This form is highly water soluble, well absorbed and ideal for a boost - citric acid is a key component of the Citrate Cycle, during which ingested food is converted into energy in the form of ATP. Recommended dosage
