Essential Woman is designed for all women with demanding jobs, busy mothers, for all women in times of stress and strain as a daily support. Inadequate intake of important vitamins and minerals is common in the population due to unhealthy diets and consumption of ultra-processed food. The micronutrient content of the soil, and therefore of vegetables and fruit, is also decreasing. Regular use of a good quality multivitamin can therefore help the body to replenish the necessary components. Saffron (Crocus sativus) contributes to emotional stability, promotes relaxation and helps maintain a positive mood. Siberian ginseng (E. senticosus) is a tonic to support mental and physical capacities in weakness, fatigue and exhaustion, promotes recovery and contributes to mental and physical energy. Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) helps remineralise the body and keep hair, nails and skin in optimal condition. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps to reduce the rate of fatigue and exhaustion.
