Organic (chelated) form of zinc (zinc picolinate) with added copper (copper citrate) and vitamin A (beta carotene). Zinc is found in every cell of our body and is part of more than 200 enzymes.
Viridian Balanced Zinc Complex
It is involved in the most enzymatic reactions of all minerals, its properties are related to the defensive shield, oxidative stress, vitality, testosterone levels, male reproductive function and other areas. Balanced Zinc Complex contains added copper because zinc can lower copper levels if the ratio of approximately 10:1 is not maintained. Copper deficiency in the sense of a high zinc to copper ratio can lead to high cholesterol and other problems. Copper is also involved, along with zinc, in the production of superoxide dismutase. Vitamin A is added for co-strengthening the defense shield and antioxidant action.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by a physician.
