Ashwagandha, or Indian ginseng, contains active substances called withanolides and has properties related to athletic performance. Viridian supplement contains BIO Ashwagandha extract KSM-66, which is standardized to a minimum content of 5% (15 mg) withanolides and is very well utilized by the body. Ashwagandha Viridian is grown in Rajasthan, India, where the climate is perfect for this plant. It is then gently and without the use of solvents or any synthetics extracted so that all the active ingredients are preserved. Ashwagandha provides support during periods of mental and nervous tension and anxiety. It contributes to optimal relaxation, mental and physical well-being and emotional stability.
