Shake well before use. Apply a sufficient amount of the product before sunbathing. The smaller the amount of product you apply, the weaker the protection will be. Reapply the product repeatedly. Especially if you sweat, go for a swim or wipe yourself with a towel afterwards. Do not apply the mist directly to the face. Spray it first into the palms of your hands and then apply.
