For long-term use: 10 g once a day; as a supplement in reduction diets: Twice a day 10 g before meals. Mix 2 teaspoons (10 g) of UniLakt® cinnamon in 100 ml of water or milk and drink thoroughly. You can also consume in yogurt, cottage cheese, various milk porridges, snacks or smoothies. However, do not forget the drinking regime - individual doses must be taken with at least 250 ml of fluid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not intended for children under 3 years. Keep out of reach of children! It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
