The Trust Exto cooling stand is designed for any laptop with a screen size up to 16". To use it, you'll need a single free USB port on your laptop to plug the Trust Exto Laptop Cooling Stand into. To ensure a comfortable position, you can adjust the height of the cooling stand to 8 different positions, up to 145mm.
The statutory two-year period (applicable at Alza.cz) is extended by a further 3 years directly with the manufacturer. Claims are handled simply via the Trust customer portal, where you can request a repair, replacement or a suitable alternative. Making a claim is easy and is handled exclusively through the Trust customer portal:

- Select "My product is defective".
- Click on the "Submit a ticket on Trust Support" link.
