- Vitamin D3 extracted from lichen - Lichens are a symbiotic co-existence of fungus and algae, which allows them to survive in extreme conditions and thus accumulate valuable nutrients, including cholecalciferol. Based on thorough research, we have selected a specific type of lichen that ensures optimal absorption to support bone, immune and muscle health. The extraction process is environmentally friendly and preserves the purity and bioavailability of the lichen. - Biologically active form of vitamin K2 - MK7 - Our natural vitamin K2 in the bioactive form K2-MK7 is obtained through a process of natural fermentation of a non-genetically modified strain of Bacillus subtilis natto.
