- Vitamin D3 extracted from lichen – Lichens are a symbiotic combination of a fungus and an alga, which allows them to survive in extreme conditions and accumulate valuable nutrients, including cholecalciferol. Based on thorough research, we have selected a specific type of lichen that ensures optimal absorption to support bone, immune and muscle health. The extraction process is environmentally friendly and preserves the purity and bioavailability of the lichen. The product is GMO-free, allergen-free, additive-free and preservative-free, and is rigorously tested to ensure the highest quality.
- Biologically active form of vitamin K2 – MK7 – Our natural vitamin K2 in the bioactive form K2-MK7 is obtained through the natural fermentation of a non-genetically modified strain of Bacillus subtilis natto. This form is maximally usable by the body and is attributed with biological functions related to the support of healthy bones and teeth.

- Plant-based omega-3s obtained through a natural fermentation process – A vegetable oil extracted from the alga Schizochytrium sp., grown under strict so-called closed-loop conditions, which prevents the accumulation of any contaminants. During fermentation, the algal cells multiply and convert the dextrose in the sugar into valuable omega-3 fatty acids.
Dosage
Children 3–12 years:
14 drops daily (Omega-3: 250mg, D3: 400 IU, K2: 5μg)
Children over 12 years:
14–28 drops daily (Omega-3: 500mg, D3: 800 IU, K2: 10μg)
The dosage can be individually adjusted according to age, health condition and the recommendation of a doctor or nutritionist.
