The switch features 484 ports up to 100Mbps and a pair of up to 1Gbps ports to connect to other network elements such as other switches, servers, disk drives, and more. In addition, the device is equipped with a pair of independent SFP ports and serial interface RS-232. The device supports a variety of network protocols, and also has twisted cable detection and informational LEDs for individual ports.
