ZOO Joy in the Sand Creative Set with Coloured Sand

The Radost v písku ZOO creative set introduces children to the fun technique of sand art. It's designed for children aged 5 and over who love animals and crafting. The set contains everything needed, so little artists can get straight to work right after unboxing. This quiet activity supports fine motor skills and concentration, and the finished picture always turns out well, bringing a sense of achievement. Children can display their creations, give them as gifts, or store them in the included packaging.

A simple and fun process

Sand art is a creative technique that even younger children can master. The process is very easy – the child chooses one of the self-adhesive templates and, using the included pin or cocktail stick, gradually peels off the individual pre-cut sections. They then sprinkle sand of their chosen colour onto the exposed adhesive surface. Any excess sand is simply poured back into the tray for later use, and they continue with the next part of the picture until the entire piece is complete. Simpler designs take approximately 10 minutes to create.

Developing children's creativity and skills

This set is not just fun, but also a meaningful activity that aids in a child's development. By peeling off small parts and sprinkling sand, children practise their fine motor skills, patience, and ability to focus on detail. Working with different colours also nurtures a feel for colour combinations. A great advantage of sand art is that the result always looks good, which boosts the self-esteem of children who might not be as confident with traditional drawing or painting. It is a quiet activity suitable for at home, during the holidays, or at children's parties.

Everything you need in one pack
