Using the TIMEX Watch

TIMEX watches use backlighting with Indiglo technology. Pressing the main button activates the light that remains on until the button is released. The function is activated for three seconds when pressing any button. The master button has two positions. The first is the Quick Date, which lets you set the date instantaneously rather than waiting for the hands to jump to 12 o'clock. From the second position, you can adjust the time.

Chronograph with SPLIT TIME Function

The TIMEX watch can measure two different times simultaneously with the SPLIT TIME function, which can be handy at sprint racing. First, turn on the stopwatch. After the first time has elapsed, stop the time by pressing the SPLIT button, note it, and press the button again. The stopwatch shows the overall measured time, which has been running in the background, so you can easily measure the second elapsed time.
