The technology is based on magnetic sensors on the control stick, so you'll be able to pilot completely freely, without any friction at the base. The lever supports not only move sideways, but also rotation of the rudder control.
It does not matter whether you are right-handed or left-handed. With just 3 removable components, this can be adjusted.
