Noctua NH-D15

The flagship NH-D15 from the Austrian manufacturer Noctua is based on the popular NH-D14 and will satisfy even the most demanding users requiring high performance and at the same time the lowest noise. It has an asymmetrical design and features two effective and very quiet 140mm NF-A15 fans with automatic speed control for even greater efficiency. They reach up to 1500 revolutions per minute .

Vortex-Control Notches with special serrated blades and an innovative self-stabilizing oil bearings contribute to low noise levels. Also an air flow rate of 140.2 m3 / h and life of over 150.000 h are excellent parameters. Using two LNA (Low-Noise-Adapter) adapters, fan speed and noise can be reduced.

The cooler is designed for Intel processors with sockets 2011 , 1366, 1155, 1156 or AMD with socket AM2, AM2 + and AM3 sockets. The heatsink has six HeatPipe Copper Heat Pipes that carry heat from a copper base to a passive cooler where rapid cooling is effected by an active fan. A very effective NT-H1 heat transfer paste is included.
