Why is garlic important?
Black garlic is truly a rarity. It is garlic (Allium sativum), which is placed in a special chamber with a very precise temperature and humidity, where it ferments for several weeks, giving it its typical black colour. Why all this? Fermentation gets rid of the unpleasant odour and burning taste. Black garlic does not irritate the mucous membranes of the digestive tract. It naturally helps maintain normal cholesterol and blood fat levels. It also supports normal heart and blood vessel function and helps with heavy legs. It also acts as an antioxidant and strengthens the immune system. Each capsule of this dietary supplement represents 1 clove of fresh (white) garlic.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily before meals. The capsule is swallowed whole with water, or split and the contents are poured into food or water. It can be used as needed and for a long time.
