The Tenda RH9-WCA IP camera with dual optics delivers detailed monitoring of outdoor areas with a total resolution of 6Mpx from two 3Mpx sensors. The device combines a fixed and a motorised PTZ lens, thereby covering a field of view of 360° horizontally and 90° vertically. Night vision with a range of 30m offers three different modes, including full-colour display. Security is provided by advanced person and vehicle detection with automatic motion tracking, while power is supplied from the mains using the included 12V adapter.

Detailed Images from Two Lenses
The camera uses two separate sensors, each offering a resolution of 2304×1296px for high-quality images. The fixed camera with a 4mm focal length and F1.6 aperture complements the PTZ camera with a 6mm focal length and F1.6 aperture. For efficient data stream management and storage space saving, the device uses modern H.265 and H.264 video compression, which effectively reduces the size of stored files at a frame rate of up to 25 frames per second.
Flexible Night Modes
The camera includes six white LEDs and six infrared IR LEDs, which enable night operation with a range of up to 30m. Users can choose between three night vision modes in the app, which are the classic black-and-white infrared mode, full-colour mode with active illumination, or the intelligent Smart mode. The smart mode automatically activates the white LED spotlights upon motion detection, instantly illuminating the monitored area and capturing a colour recording.
Smart Detection and Active Deterrence
Integrated artificial intelligence algorithms analyse the image in real time and reliably recognise motion, people, vehicles, and intrusions into a defined area. When activity is detected, the camera can automatically rotate the lens and track the moving object to keep it in the centre of the frame. To deter unwanted visitors, the built-in light and sound alarm triggers a siren or flashes the white LEDs, while immediately sending a notification to your mobile phone.
Two-Way Audio and Custom Alerts
The camera body integrates a sensitive microphone and speaker, enabling full-featured two-way communication in real time. This allows the user to speak to people in front of the camera or listen to what is happening nearby via the mobile app. A very practical feature is the ability to record up to three custom 10-second welcome or warning audio messages, which are automatically played when motion is detected in the set activity zone.
Secure Storage of Recordings
For storing captured video recordings, there is a MicroSD memory card slot that supports cards with a capacity of up to 512GB. An alternative option is a secure European cloud storage facility compliant with ISO/IEC 27018 standards, where all data is encrypted using the strong AES 256-bit algorithm. Recording can be set to continuous 24/7 or triggered exclusively by motion detection.
Connectivity and App
Wireless network connection is provided by an integrated WiFi 6 module in the 2.4GHz band with two fixed external antennas, and a classic RJ-45 Ethernet port is also available. The entire system is conveniently managed via the Tenda TDSEE mobile app for Android and iOS, which is fully localised in Czech. Thanks to support for the standardised ONVIF and RTSP network protocols, the camera can be easily integrated into existing camera systems and connected to NVRs from other manufacturers.
