The Ultrablend Cook blender is equipped with six stainless steel blades spread over three levels and delivers an incredible speed of 45,000 rpm. You can choose from 8 automatic programs to easily prepare soup, coulis, sauces, compotes, soy or almond milk, ice crush, smoothies and milkshakes. The large 2l glass jar provided is very resistant to high temperatures and does not retain odours. The digital display conveniently indicates the remaining time and current mixing speed. The BL962B38 is also equipped with a steam cap to release steam or to add ingredients during use.
