First-class stainless steel material is extremely resistant to corrosion, as well as against mechanical damage.Furthermore, it stands strong resistance to thermal shock and offers high non-stick features. Due to its special non-stick surface with a hard mineral base, the extra titanium in the pan will not let the food burn or stick at the bottom of the pan. Strong three-layer with Induction bottom with a disc of stainless steel ensures an efficient and uniform heat distribution over the entire bottom surface of the container and a tensile cross-section. These pans remain in the same shape and do not get damaged even after years of use.

The vessel is equipped with a temperature indicator Thermo-Spot. This signals the moment when the pan reaches the right temperature and you can start preparing food. It will thus avoid excessive warming up of the bottom and the cooking results will literally be outstanding. Thermo-Spot consists of two colours which are sensitive to temperature changes. When it reaches the ideal temperature for frying (approximately 180°C) it gives a solid colour indicator.
