The pans are made of high quality aluminium and complemented by an inner non-stick Titanium surface and an outer non-stick surface. They also have a Thermo-Signal temperature indicator, which indicates the ideal temperature to start cooking and ensures the perfect texture of the final dish, and an extra-thick Thermo-Fusion base. They can be used on gas, ceramic, electric and induction heating and also in the oven up to 250 °C, but without the handle. You can also wash them conveniently in the dishwasher.
