This pan is fully compatible with other Ingenio parts. It has a new non-stick Titanium Excellence inside surface and a Thermo-Spot temperature indicator to indicate the optimum cooking temperature. The pan also has a non-stick outer surface so it is easy to clean. It can be used in the oven and with gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction cookers and can be washed in the dishwasher.

The Ingenio handle is not included.

Non-stick Surface Titanium Excellence

The extremely durable, non-stick surface lasts up to 3 times longer than other Tefal non-stick surfaces. The base layer is enriched with titanium to achieve greater hardness. The surface was made by patented fusion technology. The upper non-stick layer is enriched with titanium particles for higher durability and longer life.

Thermo-Spot Indicator

With the Thermo-Spot indicator, you will always know when your pan is sufficiently hot. The temperature is monitored for you. As soon as the indicator in the centre of the pan turns full red, you will know that it is the right time for the food to be put in. Your food will then be cooked to perfection!
