Tefal Filtra PRO Premium 3l Inox

Tefal Filtra Pro Premium fryer delivers professional frying results. It is a semi-professional fryer featuring Cool Zone technology for a cool surface. With an oil capacity of 3 litres, you can prepare up to 1.2kg of fries. The Tefal Filtra Pro Premium features a patented filtering mesh you can use after every instance of frying to remove any residue, keeping the oil clean. The Tefal Filtra Pro Premium also comes with an immersed heating element for fast and perfect results. The Filtra Pro Premium can be fully dismantled and all parts except for the heating element are dishwasher-safe. The fryer has an adjustable thermostat and a mechanical timer. When frying, you can keep an eye on your meal through the viewing window in the lid. The lid is equipped with a permanent metal grease filter.

Cool Zone Technology

The temperature below the heating element is considerably lower. This is called the cool zone. Crumbs and frying residue remain in the cool zone. This has two advantages: your fries look great, as if they were fried by a professional, and the crumbs don't burn, which reduces any unpleasant smells.
