Conditions

  1. REFUND CHEQUE
    Ask the shop staff for a Tax-Free Shopping Refund Cheque when paying for your purchases.
  2. CUSTOMS STAMP
    Show your purchases, receipt and passport to Customs when leaving the country, or at your final place of departure from the EU, and get your Refund Cheque stamped.
  3. REFUND OFFICE
    Show the stamped Refund Cheque, passport and payment card at one of the Global Blue branches (www.globalblue.com), and ask for an Immediate Refund in cash.
