The ORION thermometer is used to measure the temperature when preparing meat and other delicacies in a smoker. This mechanical thermometer with an analogue dial is made of stainless steel, glass and aluminium. The extended probe ensures accurate temperature measurement inside the smoker; you can insert it through a hole in the door and secure it from the inside with the included clip. The values are displayed on a scale with 10°C increments. To make your work easier, the dial is colour-coded to show the difference between smoking, barbecuing and grilling. The ORION smoker thermometer has a red marker that you can use to set your desired meat temperature.
