Yonex Astrox 88 Play

The Yonex Astrox 88 Play badminton racket is designed for players who combine an attacking and versatile style of play and expect both punch and versatility from their racket. Thanks to the balance to the head, it provides more power in smashes and offensive strikes, while the medium-stiff construction contributes to better control and precision. The isometric head shape provides a 32% larger sweet spot than traditional oval frames, making it easier to hit accurate shots off-center. Rotational Generator System (RGS) technology delivers improved maneuverability and smooth transitions between strokes.

High performance and precision workmanship for versatile offensive play

The POWER-ASSIST BUMPER innovation maximizes the transfer of power from the top of the racquet to the ball while promoting the RGS effect. The AERO+BOX Frame design provides a combination of fast swing and excellent aerodynamics while maintaining frame stability. Extremely thin Slim Shaft contributes to low air resistance, higher strength and efficient energy transfer to strikes. Built-in T-Joint reduces torsional deformation and increases stability during play. The 675 mm length (Long Size +10 mm) allows for longer range and sharper shots. The racket weighs 83 g (4U), has a grip size of approx. 0.5 cm (G4/G5) and is made of high quality graphite. It is offered in an elegant black and silver combination and the package contains one racket.
