The Petzl Scorpio Vertigo SW shock absorber is a compact and lightweight model designed for moving along via ferrata routes. The two elasticated lanyards extend from 70 to 110cm as needed, making it easier to progress and adapting to users of different heights. The VERTIGO WIRE-LOCK karabiners provide a reliable grip and have a large gate opening for quick clipping and unclipping from the safety line. The Keylock system also prevents the karabiners from snagging during use. A resting karabiner (not included) can be attached to the third, 26cm-long lanyard. An integrated swivel prevents the lanyards from tangling as you move. The shock absorber is designed for users weighing from 40 to 120kg and weighs 385g. It is made of high-modulus polyethylene, polyester and aluminium. It meets the CE EN 958 standard and is UIAA certified. The package includes a transport bag made from 100% recycled polyester.
