Penco Junior After Sport Shake contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D and K, but also minerals, like magnesium, sodium, potassium, calcium or phosphorus. There is also the amino acid leucine, Lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, arginine, alanine or valine. In addition, 30 g of protein is hidden in 100 g of the drink.
