Each daily dose of 6 tablets contains 960 mg L-leucine, 480 mg L-valine, 480 mg L-isoleucine, 660 mg L-arginine, 300 mg vitamin C and 9 mg vitamin B6. Penco BCAA MASSIF are suitable for strength and endurance athletes.

Preparation and dosing
