Lightly salted crispy mushroom chips made from shiitake mushrooms. Vacuum fried to preserve nutrients, fiber and vitamins. Seasoned with Himalayan salt. It is suitable for soup or as a topping for salad. The Other Foods mushroom snack is a revolution in savoury snacking. Other Foods gourmet mushrooms are slow roasted at low temperatures and combined with a pinch of Himalayan salt to enhance the organoleptic experience.
Why are mushrooms so crunchy?
It's a combination of science and gourmet adventure. We first vacuum dry the selected mushrooms and okra, then place them in a vacuum chamber to gently fry them at a relatively low temperature (around 60℃) Our goal is a symphony of crispiness! Then comes the vegan maltose to enhance the natural sweetness of the vegetables, followed by a pinch of Himalayan salt for perfection.

Shiitake mushrooms originate from Japan and China and have been part of traditional Eastern medicine for hundreds of years. It is considered a medicinal mushroom because of their healthful compounds that boost the immune system and reduce inflammation in humans. Stories of its ability to improve well-being can be traced back to ancient China.

They contain no artificial colours, additives or preservatives - they're good enough to eat whenever you feel like it. Other Foods' superfood chips retain their nutrients, fibre and vitamins thanks to vacuum frying.
