Olympic disc HMS TOH01 1,25 kg

The HMS TOH01 1.25kg Olympic weight plate is designed for use with Olympic barbells. It features a steel core coated in rubber, which protects both the plate and your floor from damage if dropped. With a 51mm hole diameter, it is compatible with standard Olympic shafts. Practical handles make it easy to slide onto the barbell and also let you use the plate on its own for training without a bar.

Durable design for safe training

The durability of the plate comes from its steel core. The surface is coated in a layer of hard rubber, which not only dampens noise but, most importantly, protects the floor and other equipment from damage in the event of a drop. It also features handles for easier handling, so you can safely slide the plate onto the barbell. At the same time, the handles allow you to use the weight on its own as a training aid for various strength exercises.
