Ingredients
Maltodextrin, whey protein isolate (contains soy lecithin), milk protein isolate, cane sugar, gluten-free oat beta-glucans, cocoa, dried soybean oil (soybean oil, glucose syrup), dried milk fat (cream, skimmed milk), ground flaxseed, aroma, anti-caking agent silica, prebiotic-probiotic complex LactoWise® (Bacillus coagulans, galactomannan), a mixture of digestive enzymes Digezyme® (amylase, protease, lactase, lipase and cellulase), steviol glycoside sweetener, vitamin premix (L-ascorbic acid, DL-? -tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, Calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), cholecalciferol.

Preparation and dosing
50 g = one dose. Stir in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening the bag, the product is intended for immediate consumption. After mixing, undissolved particles are visible in the beverage, which is a natural property of the product.
Mix a dose of 50 g in 200 ml of water. If you need to supplement nutrients, consume 1-2 servings a day. Maximum 2 doses per day.
