Katadyn Vario - quality water filter
The filtration process with Katadyn Vario involves three parts. The first is a washable ceramic pre-filter, which you can adjust according to the degree of turbidity of the water. The second part consists of a fibreglass filter. The third part is the activated carbon columns - these improve the taste and remove any odour from the water.
Filter maintenance will not cost you unnecessary effort
The filter eliminates bacteria, protozoa, cysts, algae, spores and deposits. It can also reduce the presence of chemicals to a certain extent. Vario is compatible with most wide-mouth hydration bottles available on the market. The good news is that its fibreglass filter cartridge requires virtually no maintenance.
