Proteinella is a nut cream from the Swedish brand HealthyCo. The hazelnut-chocolate spread not only tastes great, but contains only naturally occurring sugars. It contains 13.3 g of protein in 100 g thanks to whey protein isolate and can be enjoyed on a piece of bread, on a spoon or added to yoghurt or dessert.
A nut spread with a smooth, creamy consistency
HealthyCo Proteinella offers a tasty and nutritionally valuable alternative to classic hazelnut spreads. Thanks to the use of the sweetener maltitol without added sugars, it has a significantly lower glycaemic index than regular sugar. Sunflower and coconut oils replace palm oil and contribute to the smooth, creamy consistency.
