Preparation and dosing
The composition of the Extrifit Fatall Fat Burner is really very strong, and therefore it is completely excluded to use more than 2 capsules in one dose. If you are starting out with this burner, always (! ) start at a dosage of 1 capsule per day. Only after a few days, when you become familiar with the effects of the supplement (in the sense of very strong stimulation), you can increase the dosage very carefully. But never take more than 2 capsules in one dose (regardless of your body weight or training maturity).
Take 3 capsules of Extrifit Fatall Fat Burner daily. Advanced practitioners max. 5 capsules per day. Do not take more than 2 capsules at a time! Divide the daily dose into several parts. On the day of your workout, take 20 minutes before you start exercising. On a non-training day, take with food. Always drink at least 200 ml of water. The active ingredients of the burner may cause a short-term slightly burning sensation in the stomach, which subsides after a while.
