Drink the drink continuously during exercise, approximately every 15 minutes 100 to 150 ml.
Method of preparation:
For a hypotonic drink: pour 15 g of powder (1 scoop) into 500 ml of water. For an isotonic drink: pour 30 g of powder (2 scoops) into 500 ml of water.
