The Empt Puzzle orthopaedic massage mat consists of 12 square and 8 triangular plastic pieces, which are made of harmless, safe and hypoallergenic PVC without phthalates. It is used to massage, train and strengthen children's feet and is an excellent prevention of flat feet. It also develops the child's fine motor and cognitive skills. The individual pieces of the puzzle mat are not only differently coloured, but above all they have different protrusions with different functions. Thanks to them the muscles are exercised, blood circulation is stimulated and the reflex zones of the feet are effectively affected (reflex massage). It is also suitable for rehabilitation of valgus or varus deformity. The Empt Puzzle orthopaedic massage pad is designed not only for children, but also for adults, where it helps to reduce limb fatigue after exercise, relieves swelling and heavy legs.
