Preparation and dosing
Stir one scoop (25 g) in 50-100 ml of water. For body weight 50-70 kg use 3 measuring cups, for 70-90 kg 4 measuring cups, if you weigh 90-105 kg use 5 measuring cups and for 105 kg body weight and more 6 measuring cups. In case of extreme load, it is advisable to increase the dose of Edgar Powedrink by 1-2 measuring cups for each weight category. Consume the drink 60-90 minutes before exercise or training.
