Cadence Fuel Gel is a carbohydrate gel designed for longer training sessions and races. A single 44g sachet delivers 24g of carbohydrates from a dual source of glucose and fructose. Electrolytes complement the neutral flavour.

The gel contains two types of carbohydrates. One sachet provides a total of 24g of carbohydrates, making it easy to track your total intake during exercise. The carbohydrates are combined with 200mg of sodium, 20mg of potassium, 10mg of calcium and 5mg of magnesium. Always wash the gel down with water; it does not replace proper hydration. Pectin and alginate form the consistency. Simply open the sachet and consume the gel straight from the packaging, with no need to prepare a drink or measure out powder.

Preparation
