Native protein from the milk of grass-fed cows
The native whey protein used in the Performance Protein formula is sourced directly from the fresh milk of grass-fed cows from controlled European farms. The milk undergoes only a single gentle pasteurisation and then microfiltration at low temperatures (up to 10°C). This processing method helps to preserve the natural amino acid profile of the whey proteins as well as naturally occurring milk components like immunoglobulins and enzymes. Leucine, one of the essential amino acids found in whey proteins, is also a natural part of the amino acid spectrum.
With hydrolysed grass-fed collagen
Performance Protein contains hydrolysed beef collagen types I and III, sourced from grass-fed cattle. During the hydrolysis process, the collagen is broken down into collagen peptides with a lower molecular weight. Collagen is a natural component of connective tissues and is found in the skin, cartilage, bones, tendons, and ligaments. The inclusion of hydrolysed collagen complements the formula alongside native whey protein, cow colostrum, and coconut milk.
Colostrum
Cow colostrum is the first milk produced after giving birth and is known for its naturally rich composition. In addition to protein, it also contains other naturally occurring bioactive components, such as immunoglobulins and lactoferrin. The formula gets its smooth, creamy consistency from dried coconut milk along with guar gum, a natural soluble fibre obtained from the seeds of guar beans.
Dosage
