The Hoernecke Anti-Dog Cone single-use pepper spray is a reliable self-defence tool designed to protect you from attacks by aggressive dogs and other animals. This defence spray contains the active ingredient OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) at a 10% concentration and a strength of 2000000 SHU on the Scoville scale, which temporarily incapacitates an aggressive animal for approximately 30 minutes. The 63mL canister features an integrated safety lock that prevents accidental discharge in a pocket or bag. The mixture effectively deters the animal without causing permanent harm.

Conical spray pattern
A specially designed nozzle disperses the irritant in a conical mist that widens into a broad cone upon leaving the valve. This spray pattern makes it easier to hit a fast-moving target by creating a wide barrier in front of the attacker. In an emergency, we recommend applying the mixture from a distance of up to 3m directly towards the head of the attacking animal. Just one second of contact with the conical mist causes involuntary closure of the eyes, irritation of the conjunctiva and respiratory tract. The valve releases the irritant for as long as the lever is pressed, and the spray stops immediately once you release the pressure on the trigger. The canister measuring 117mm in height and 33mm in width is designed for quick retrieval and immediate use in stressful situations. A mechanical safety lock reliably protects the user from accidental discharge of the irritant while carrying the spray in a pocket or backpack.
