Helmet is an essential part of cycling - the worst injuries happen without it. Alpina Rootage black-yellow S / M is a helmet designed for mountain biking. You will determine this by the more robust construction, on some models of partial protection of the back and also the sun shield. But nothing prevents you to use the helmet on MTB, road and citybiku, the determination basically affects only appearance, not function.
