The wringing system is built into the handle, you don't have to bend over when wiping. Self-wringing works by moving the handle up and down.
Practical Notches Inside the bucket
There are notches inside the bucket to help wash the mop - that is, get rid of dirt by moving the mop up and down (basically something like a washboard).

You wring out the mop by placing it on the mandrel and moving the handle up and down to ensure the mop head rotates. During rotation, the dirt is removed from the cover together with the water.
