This exclusive lens for Sony E-mount cameras includes 12 optical elements in 10 groups, consisting of five aspherical elements, one AA (Advanced Aspherical) and three ED glass elements. The wide-angle lens has an angle of view of 107°-63°. It is compatible also with APS-C cameras, with the equivalent focal length 24-52.5mm and the equivalent angle of view of 83°-44°. The maximum aperture is F4 through the zoom range and the minimum value of the 7-blade aperture is F22. The minimum focus distance is 28cm.

This lens can be used with 72mm filters. The Optical SteadyShot image stabilization is also available. You will surely appreciate also the resistance to water and dust.
