The result is a synergistically balanced source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Solgar® Omega-3 Double Strength Softgels contain oils from seasonally available cold-water fish.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavours or colours.
Dosage and method of use Solgar Omega 3 Double Strength:
As a dietary supplement, adults take four (4) softgels daily, ideally with meals or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
