Shanling SM1.3R silver

The Shanling SM1.3R network player is a digital hub for your Hi-Fi system, designed for demanding listeners. It uses its own second-generation R2R DAC platform, which ensures a natural and detailed sound performance. With support for Hi-Res Audio up to 32-bit / 768kHz and DSD512, the player is ready for even the most demanding recordings. Its wide range of connectivity includes both digital and analogue inputs and outputs.

R2R platform and superior sound

The player uses the company's second-generation R2R DAC platform. This provides a natural, musical and analogue-tuned sound with a high level of detail, clarity and space. A stable and clean power supply is ensured by the split design with a pair of 31W toroidal transformers, which separate the digital and audio sections. This minimises mutual interference and unwanted vibrations. The player can therefore handle even the most demanding high-resolution recordings.

Precise construction and wide connectivity

The player is housed in a solid aluminium chassis that minimises vibrations. On the front panel, you will find a 5.8-inch 1080p touchscreen display for clear control. Connectivity includes both RCA and XLR analogue outputs. A 6.35mm headphone output is also available. The digital section includes USB, optical, coaxial, LAN and I2S inputs. For connecting to other devices, there are USB, optical and coaxial digital outputs.

Modern streaming and convenient control

The Shanling SM1.3R runs on a closed Android 12 system with an optimised interface. The player supports streaming services such as Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Qobuz and Deezer. Network playback is possible via NAS, DLNA, AirPlay 2, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, and the device is also Roon Ready. There is also wireless connectivity via Bluetooth 5.2 with support for LDAC, aptX Adaptive and aptX HD codecs. Remote control is made easy by the Eddict Controller app, which also enables screen mirroring.
