The Sencor SFD 1305BK fruit dryer delivers quality drying and preserves your fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, seeds and other foods in order to extend their shelf life. Whenever you don't have fresh fruit available, you'll always have great dried fruit full of vitamins and minerals (favourites include raisins, dried apple slices, bananas, plums, and apricots...).

The dryer comes with 5 drying sieves with a diameter of 33cm that you can use to dry loads of food at once. The integrated fan helps to achieve consistent drying on all layers. The drying sieves are designed to prevent mold and optimise the flow of air. The power switch has a light indicating the dryer is in operation and the thermal fuse is used to prevent overheating. The transparent lid allows you to check on the drying status. Maintenance is easy and the sieves and lid are dishwasher safe.
