SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4
The smart choice for quiet and economical operation
Modern drying options with SmartThings
Control your SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4 tumble dryer—whether you're at home, at work or on the go. Simply integrate it into the SmartThings ecosystem and then use the intuitive mobile app. The app not only lets you select a drying programme, but also recommends suitable settings based on the type of laundry, helps you monitor energy consumption, and even alerts you when the main filter needs cleaning. You'll then see the programme has finished on your Samsung TV, watch or mobile phone.
Efficient management with extra savings
Clever heat pump technology uses a 'refrigerant' and recycles warm air instead of electricity for heating. This reduces the amount of energy consumed and gives the appliance an A-class energy rating, making it more economical than conventional dryers*.
Wear your dry clothes sooner
Shorten the wait for dry clothes by up to 20%** and reduce energy consumption by 20%. The AI Dry+ technology recognises 4 types of material*** and adapts its performance accordingly. At the same time, it monitors the moisture of the clothes and selects the ideal temperature for each type of material.
Clothing care and efficiency in one
With Quick Drive, your clothes will be dry 35%* faster. Unlike conventional dryers, it cares for your laundry gently, thanks to the integration of an inverter compressor that adjusts its speed based on the temperature in the drum and the selected programmes.
Cycle suggestions speed up setup
AI Control helps you choose the best drying cycle. It personalises the settings based on your habits*, so you don't have to adjust them every time. In the SmartThings app**, you'll also find practical tips, scheduling options and answers to the most common problems. This makes operating the SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4 tumble dryer child's play.
Connect your smart appliances for easy control
Thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi, you can add the Samsung dryer to the SmartThings app* for easier control. Use the Dry Planner feature to clearly plan your daily tasks**, and if it's connected to a washing machine, the Auto Cycle Link*** feature will automatically suggest the most suitable drying programme.
SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4 fully adapts to your lifestyle
Enjoy laundry care that's tailored to your needs***. The Clothing Care feature in the SmartThings app* analyses your usage style** and other factors, such as the weather. Based on this, it creates recommendations and adjusts the drying cycle to be as effective as possible every time.
**Requires a Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung user account. Stores user data, preferences and usage patterns to improve recommendations.
***The user is solely responsible for all consequences. These include, but are not limited to, any damage or harm arising from cases where the user enters incorrect information.
Intelligent routines save you time and effort
Household chores no longer have to eat into your free time. In the SmartThings app, you can schedule and automate common tasks, so your smart home takes care of them for you.
Dry clothes in just 81 minutes
In just 2 hours, you can neatly fold your laundry from a full basket into your wardrobe. The Super Speed programme on a Samsung washing machine can wash a mixed load of cotton and synthetics in 39 minutes*, and the dryer with the same programme will dry your favourite outfit in just 81 minutes*.
**Based on internal testing of the WW9400B model with Quick Drive, using the Super Speed programme, washing an IEC fabric (cotton + synthetics) with a standard 5kg load. Results may vary based on actual usage conditions.
3 sensors for precise drying
The OptimalDry feature can detect the moisture level and adjust the drying time accordingly. This makes the whole process faster and prevents energy loss. The feature also prevents damage to clothes and monitors the condition of the heat exchanger, reminding you when it needs to be cleaned.
Lightning-fast drying in 35 minutes
Need clothes for work or the gym quickly? With the Quick Dry 35 programme, you can be done in just 35 minutes*. The SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4 reliably dries a load of up to 1kg using high heat, getting your favourite outfit ready to wear in no time.
You don't have to iron every T-shirt anymore
The SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4 tumble dryer not only saves you the work of hanging laundry, but also of ironing. Simply select the Wrinkle Prevent function, which tumbles the drum without heat for another 180 minutes after the programme is finished. This prevents creases from forming on your clothes, so they're ready to be put away in the wardrobe as soon as you take them out.
Captures even the finest fibres
The innovative 2-in-1 mesh filter keeps the SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4 tumble dryer in perfect condition, protecting the heat exchanger while trapping dust and fibres from your clothes. It's easier to maintain than separate filters, and combined with alerts that remind you when the filter and heat exchanger need cleaning, care is truly worry-free.
Hygienically clean and bacteria-free laundry with the SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4 dryer
The Hygiene Care programme disinfects both dry and wet items*, such as soft toys and bed linen. It infuses them with high heat during drying, which eliminates 99% of the most common bacteria** and reduces their build-up.
**Based on an Intertek test report for the Hygiene Care programme. Removes 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. Individual results may vary. This function is intended for cotton and linen fabrics only. Using it on other types of material may damage your clothing.
Scratch-resistant tempered glass
The tempered glass door gives the SAMSUNG DV90DB7845GWU4 an elegant look that will stand the test of time. It's more durable and less likely to break or scratch than a plastic door, even with frequent opening and handling.
Durable and efficient
Feel confident when you buy any Samsung dryer model with a digital inverter motor* and get a 10-year warranty** on the motor.
** The 10-year warranty applies only to the digital inverter motor of dryers purchased on or after 1 April 2026. Proof of purchase with the date of purchase must be presented to make a claim. Other restrictions and conditions apply; please see the warranty terms and conditions for details.
