This culinary pistol is designed to emit cold smoke around food - choose from two speeds (low and high) and use the gun before or after cooking. Just fill the gun with wooden chips, insert the smoke flue into a covered bowl or pan, and enjoy a unique, smoky taste. The gun includes 2 AA batteries, and 2 types of wooden chips (hickory and apple), which allow up to 24 cycles.
