Euro banknote size change
With Euro banknote size change, it is necessary to check for firmware updates if you use the Safescan 2210 banknote counter. The latest update can be downloaded here.
After opening the link, insert the banknote counter model and its product code if possible. A new version of firmware can be downloaded into the banknote counter using a USB cable or a MicroSD card.
It is also recommended to switch to “ALL” currency sorting. This way the Safescan 2210 banknote counter can count both old and new banknotes at the same time.
