Tip for making the best coffee

Prepare a filter and a drip tray. Pour the coffee which you had ground finely beforehand, into the filter. You only need 100ml of water for seven grams of coffee. Let the boiled water stand for about 3 to 4 minutes. Pour a small amount of water slowly, in a circular motion onto the filter. With freshly ground coffee, you can see the coffee bloom - the coffee absorbs the water. In a spiral motion (from the outer edge to the centre), pour the desired amount of water over the coffee after 15 seconds. Slow pouring will produce a stronger coffee.
