Risoli Induction 25cm

This "pancake" pan from Risoli, the great Italian brand, should be in every modern kitchen. It is made from a non-stick TITANIUM (Teflon based) that does not contain PFOA. Even at high temperatures you do not have to worry about toxic substances evaporating.  It is scratch-resistant and you will need only for a minimum of fat. The pan is made of extra strong cast aluminium. The Bakelite handle is soft and ergonomically shaped. It is suitable for electric, gas and induction hobs.
